BEGR 501 Bioengineering Experimentation and Analysis

(with Prof. William Terzaghi)

Description: Students will use molecular techniques to genetically engineer an organism and then evaluate how the modified organism performs using techniques for studying gene expression, biochemistry, and cell physiology. Emphasis will be placed on assay development and quantification of molecular and cellular phenomena in designed organisms.
